 Tours

Sin City
In the last issue of The Beaver, our own Nelle Oosterom investigated the historic underbelly of Vancouver's notorious Downtown Eastside with the help of her guide, Vancouver Police Museum director Chris Mathieson. The Sin City tour was originally established as an educational tour for students, but is gaining popularity with the general public and will be available daily during the Olympics, February 12–27, 2010.

Red River Rendezvous
Vancouver won't be the only city partying in February! Winnipeg becomes a hot spot every year with their annual Festival du Voyageur. Glowing bonfires, fiery drinks and roaring fiddles will warm your hands and heart. The International Snow Sculpting Symposium draws teams from around the world to carve out giant snow masterpieces.
