Tell us what your group is doing to honour the First World War veterans as part of your Remembrance Day ceremony – are you participating in a sunrise or sunset ceremony at your city’s Vigil? Or will there be a presentation of poetry, song, read letters, projected names, moment of silence, or other kind of performance?

Let us know by filling in the fields below. We encourage you to document your World War I tribute with video, photography or audio recordings. Send us your images, website, podcast or video links and we will add them to your project’s description.

Projects can involve individual classes, schools, legions, and community groups including but not limited to the Boy Scouts, Girl Guides, historical societies, museums, and local community centres.

Long after the last veteran’s name has faded from view, this website will remain online as a means for Canadians to share in their commemoration of their sacrifices.
